Yang dibawah ini pulak, Yanti order for her sister.

Gumpaste flower, topping buttercream aje and choc cuppies. Tuan punya diri tak nak fondant topping tapi nak lebih terserlah untuk hantaran, letak gumpaste roses sahaja. Agak sempit untuk letak hiasan lagi sebab cuppies size ‘S”. Kalau besar, wah lagi extravaganza lah rupanya.

Swirl roses bouquet buttercream topping. Flavor sama macam kat atas.

Buttercream topping with drop flower. Dah habis idea nak decor. Nak siapkan tudung untuk orang kahwin on the very same day dengan order cake ni. Tu la, tamak sangat, sume ambik order.

The best mini deco for mini cake is fondant. Lebih kemas. Buttercream pun ok but agak comot because semuanya kena miniature.

This is Choc Sugar Cookies and Sugar Glaze.

I m not using RI which explains the "warna kusam" of the topping. However, taste wise is better and it is much easier to prepare and manage. It tooks longer time to dry up.
